Jo’s Monday Walk – I call it the Super Walk

I was perusing the WordPress reader when i came across a post by Susan Rushton talking about her favorite challenges. The one I didn’t know about was this one called Jo’s Monday Walks. Since I didn’t know about this until just a few moments ago I didn’t know to document so well with photos, but right now the regular place I walk on days when i don’t have to go in the office is a gravel road that stretches about a mile from my home. My Sheltie and I take what I call a Super Walk, which is longer than the usual dog walk.

I love to get sunrise photos and this particular morning I caught the sun just breaking the horizon.

In this part of the U.S.A., the mountains of Virginia, there is the idea that the color of a wooly worm can predict the way the Winter season will go. If this is a true indicator all black means we will be covered over with snow this year.

Now that I see examples from others I will craft a more appealing “Walk” post for next Monday with some interesting components.

About Joe Owens

Can you tell from my writing I love God? I hope so because that is what I want you to know most about me. I am also a writer who loves taking on fiction prompts and crafting a story. One day you will read my work in print. Until then enjoy it here! For free!

Hiya Joe 🙂 🙂 Sorry it’s taken me so long to get here. I have company at the moment so the blog has to take a back seat. Hope to share this next Monday 🙂

    Beautiful sunrise. 😊

So you took time to read what I wrote and I appreciate it, but comments are even better!
