Sunday Stills: It’s a #Bug’s Life

Terri Webster Schrandt continues to hatch some broad-based challenges. This week’s Sunday Stills photo challenge is centering around Bugs!

I expected to see some honey bees on our Zinnias, but mostly all I found was bumble bees.

I’ve been tracking the quantity of Monarch butterflies in my yard for over 5 weeks now. I captured this one on video late last week.

I found these two when I was searching for bouquets material early last week.

I nearly forgot to add this one. This is aphids on my new Milkweed plant.

I may have a praying mantis somewhere in the thousands of photos I have stashed on various hard drives, but I may never locate it before Terri moves on, so this will have to do!

  1. Love these, Joe (and I have a couple of praying mantis images, too), even your R-rated grasshoppers, LOL! Thanks for joining Sunday Stills. If you want to add any more bugs this week, feel free!

Great collection of different insects! 😊

So you took time to read what I wrote and I appreciate it, but comments are even better!
