Water Water Everywhere – August 30, 2019

One of my favorite type of challenges this time of year when I usually I am outside and away from any devices is photo challenges. Granny Shot It has this one called Water Water Everywhere. Last summer following my son’s wedding and the second my wife’s side of the family managed to execute successfully we took off to Carolina Beach to rest our weary bones. Below are some sunrise snaps I gathered.

About Joe Owens

Can you tell from my writing I love God? I hope so because that is what I want you to know most about me. I am also a writer who loves taking on fiction prompts and crafting a story. One day you will read my work in print. Until then enjoy it here! For free!

I actually live in the mountains of Virginia, down where VA, Tn and NC meet. We have only had one hurricane make it here and that was Hurricane Hugo in 1989. It was an absolute MONSTER storm.

Gorgeous pictures! What beach were you at?

    • Joe Owens says:

Carolina Beach, about 20 minutes north of Wilmington. This was one week before Hurricane Florence swept in and made Wilmington an island for over a month.

So you took time to read what I wrote and I appreciate it, but comments are even better!
