Here we go again, taking a peek at a photo and concocting some kind of believable scenario. If you think about it, it is kind of like playing with the lives of people inside the photo. Not literally of course, but we have no way to know what exactly is going on, what they are dealing with, their hopes, dreams, problems. Do any of us ever come close to telling their story? Yes and No. If the ones in the picture could read our stories they might choose one of our scenarios over the one they claim, but it is all just for our and you the reader’s entertainment.
None of this would be possible without the efforts of our gracious hostess, Rochelle, who picks one of her collection of unique photos each week. It has become one of my favorite weekly activities. The photo nod goes to Renee Heath this time around. I am sure she could disclose a few details about this particular snapshot in time.

“See, there she is. Again. She’s in every one of the pictures. How does she know where we are going to be?” Eric asked.
“Who knows? I have tried to explain we are only location scouts. The decisions about cast will be made in California.”
“What makes her think we could help her out?”
“We are connected more than she I suppose. You know how the dream is.”
“Well what’s with the tutu?”
“Closest thing she can find that resembles what was in the movie.”
“Boy will she be disappointed when she realizes “Candle In The Wind” is a metaphor.”

I am really interested to see if it was clear what I meant by this.
Well, she’s trying. Very! Imaginative take on the prompt and good dialogue.
A good story Joe, a clever take on the prompt and great dialogue. Loved it
